Why crew get a separate view
- They work from a phone on site. A full admin panel is unusable with wet hands on a small screen.
- They see only their own jobs — not other accounts' rates, not invoices, not reports.
- Before and after photos upload from the phone and attach straight to the job.
- "Mark done" is what releases the balance request to the customer.
Roles
- Owner — everything, including pricing, invoices and reports.
- Office — bookings, scheduling and invoices. No revenue reporting.
- Crew — only the jobs assigned to them today.
