Questions we get asked
How long until the carpet is dry?
On-site cleaning is typically dry in four to six hours with air movers and cross-ventilation. Rugs taken to the workshop come back dry to the backing — you get them ready to lay.
Can you collect from my house?
Yes. Choose your slot as normal and tick "collect to workshop" during booking. For thick shag and wool rugs we recommend workshop cleaning anyway.
Are your solutions safe for prayer rugs?
Yes — alcohol-free and fully rinsed, suitable for sejadah, surau carpets, and homes with infants or pets.
What if I need to change the date?
Free to reschedule with 24 hours' notice. Inside 24 hours the deposit moves to the next available slot.
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit at booking by FPX, card or e-wallet. The balance is paid once the job is done and you've seen the result. Business accounts can use Net 30 instead.
